Our staff will enhance your dental visit from you first phone call to our office. They will help with your concerns and can make financial arrangements to stay within your budget.

	Jeanie Morgan Jeanie grew up in the Mt. Pleasant area and attended Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Pittsburgh. It was in Pittsburgh that Jeanie and Dr. Ed met and dated before they married in 1978 and moved to Derry Township. Though Jeanie especially enjoyed being an operating room RN, she decided to break from nursing to raise and home school their daughters. Upon the graduation of their youngest, Jeanie became the full time business manager of Morgan Dentistry and is dedicated to the success of the practice and the interests of the patients. Among many other responsibilities, Jeanie schedules appointments, helps to explain treatment options, assists with insurance questions and is the person most likely to answer the phone when you call. Jeanie has found that she particularly enjoys the business aspect of dentistry and continues to develop business connections in the community. As such, she is an active member in BNI (Business Network International). Jeanie cherishes time spent with her family and two grandchildren. As someone who loves gardening, Jeanie can usually be found pulling weeds and uprooting and replanting shrubs as she continuously re-visualizes the finalized version of her masterpiece garden. Dr. Morgan is often on hand to help move shrubs, plant trees and listen to Jeanie as she dreams out loud.
	Patti Borbonus Patti joined the team at Morgan Dentistry in 2007. She has practiced dental hygiene for over three years but has been a part of the dental field as a dental assistant since 1978 . Patti is a proud graduate from the Median School of Allied Health Careers and later became motivated to earn an associates degree in applied science at Westmoreland Community College. Patti is trained in CPR/AED and is committed to educating patients on the importance of taking care of their teeth. She loves to give patients the ability to smile with confidence and joy. Outside of the office, Patti enjoys watching the leaves change as she kayaks down a river, and hikes the mountain trails. She also spends time creating a beautiful garden in which both she and her cat, Mia might spend a pleasurable afternoon.
	Shari Lightner Shari has been assisting Dr. Morgan since September 2008 but has been a part of the dentistry community for almost 30 years. She graduated from the Median School of Allied Health Careers in 1981, earning her certificate for Dental Assisting. As Shari matured in her career, she actively engaged in continuing education courses and became certified in X-Ray, CPR and AED practices. Her particular professional interest is in the field of dental forensics and Shari cultivates her fascination thought educational courses on the subject. At the office, Shari gives each patient personalized care and has the priceless gift of setting a nervous patient at least through humor and genuine kindness. Shari and her husband Bob raised their two children in the Slickville area where they all take pleasure in the company of their lovable family dogs. Shari enjoys the decorative arts of western Pennsylvania and can be found haggling for good deals in antique shops. As someone who is fond of the outdoors and especially boating and fishing, Shari often whiles away a weekend waiting for the familiar thrill of a tug on the end of her fishing line.
